Requirements engineering

End user interviews+discussions and legacy systems analysis are the main elements in the method we use to establish a requirements database for a new system or a existing system before an important upgrade.
Prototyping and risk reduction
To build a bridge between end users and software designers we often develop Man-Machine Interface (MMI) prototypes. They tend to eliminate misunderstandings in the early phases. We identify the technical risks and suggest ways to cover them. Prototyping and risk reduction work leads to project plans with acceptable levels of risk and uncertaincy.
Deployment and support

Deployment is one of the most risky phases of a project. Legacy systems must be connected; users be trained; and an organization get acquainted to a new system. Our presence in the deployment phase is strong.
